Specifically, the rule will ensure adequate compensation for home care workers by requiring that at least 80 percent of Medicaid payments for home care services go to workers’ wages. Higher wages will likely reduce turnover, leading to higher quality of care for older adults and people with disabilities across the nation, as studies have shown. States will also be required to be more transparent in how much they pay for home care services and how they set those rates, increasing the accountability for home care providers. Finally, states will have to create a home care rate-setting advisory group made up of beneficiaries, home care workers and other key stakeholders to advise and consult on provider payment rates and direct compensation for direct care workers. With the concert hall shoebox at the center, the building’s various programmatic requirements were fleshed out with hand-cut elements in wood representing stairs, elevators, mechanical systems, offices, and other “secondary” spaces. Placed on the site, these various elements together suggested how the concert hall’s monumental form could be broken down to meet the urban context at a more human scale. At the building's literal and conceptual center is the concert hall itself, an interior space whose development in many ways directed the overall scheme for the building. Inspired by her travels, family and friends, and fashion, Emma always knew she wanted to be an interior designer. After training at the New York School of Interior Design Emma has worked on a wide array of projects all over the world.

The course builds on the development of interactivity for web and mobile devices utilizing interactive and video embedding capabilities in HTML5, animation using CSS3 transitions, and jQuery/JavaScript. This is an optional portfolio, but students are encouraged to submit one if they think it would strengthen their application. This course introduces students to visual content creation for social media using specialized mobile apps on smart phones and tablets. Students will learn to create photos and art, edit static and motion graphics, and produce and publish marketing content for websites, social networking sites, and other online media. I don't usually go to Dim Sum restaurants outside of San Gabriel or Chinatown, so going to this restaurant, especially in the West Hollywood area, you don't really know what to expect. The ambience is nice (unlike your typical traditional Cantonese dim sum restaurant), but the food is just as good. I was surprised how authentic tasting everything was. In fact, it matched the quality and taste of some of the best places I've had in San Gabriel and Monterey Park. Yes, it is more expensive to eat here than in those Chinese neighborhoods, but the quality is on par. I say this as a Chinese American who has much experience eating dim sum.

We have private dining areas to accommodate large groups. I picked up from items here on a trip out to the West Side and it was good. The Dim Dum was decent and the price was moderate and I love that the servings were for an actual human. The stick rice reminded me of a tamale (the way it was wrapped), we would dine here again in the future.

They have some of the biggest and freshest siu mai ever sooo good they also have a huge variety to choose from and everything is so delicious . When compared to other restaurants, Bao Dim Sum House is moderate. I'm very glad we found this place on Yelp. I've been waiting forever to introduce my wife to Dim Sum. They have lots of things to choose from and we tasted got a bit of each.

It is a great spot for lunch, and they even serve dim sum during dinner, which is not typical of traditional Chinese restaurants, so you have this dinner option.
